Job summary

VisionTech Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly driven Director of International Business Development & Corporate Strategy to steer international expansion beyond Singapore, including Hong Kong, Mainland China, Malaysia, and other markets.

You will lead market entry, partnerships, and investor engagement while shaping capital market readiness. In collaboration with the CEO and investors, you will build a regional team, structure cross-border commercial arrangements, and oversee strategic initiatives to

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree or higher in a related field; MBA advantageous.
8–10 years of relevant international business, corporate strategy, fundraising, or corporate development experience.
Proven track record in expanding businesses overseas and forming strategic partnerships.
Experience in fundraising, investor relations, financial modelling, and investment negotiations.
Strong understanding of corporate governance, capital markets, financial reporting, and listing prep.
Experience leading cross-border commercial agreements and regional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead VisionTech's international expansion across Hong Kong, Mainland China, Malaysia, and other markets.
Develop market entry strategies covering demand, competitors, pricing, regulatory requirements, and feasibility.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with distributors, SI partners, and technology providers.
Engage investors, manage communications, and coordinate fundraising activities; prepare investor materials.
