Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee contract negotiations, proposals, and sales presentations to secure high-value deals.
• Monitor sales performance, provide forecasting, and adjust strategies to meet market conditions.
• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, online and offline, to drive lead generation and brand growth.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI.
• Drive Employer Branding through content for multiple channels.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, customer success, finance, and product teams.
• Work with Customer Success to ensure a seamless client experience and identify upsell opportunities.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
