Job summary

VisionTech PTE. LTD. is seeking a Director of International Business Development & Corporate Strategy to drive expansion in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Malaysia, and other markets.

You will lead market-entry strategies, partnerships, and fundraising efforts while preparing for potential capital market opportunities. Working closely with the CEO, investors, and partners, you will build a regional team, implement cross-border commercial structures, and align governance with growth objectives for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• 8–10 years in international business development, corporate strategy, fundraising, or corporate development.
• Experience expanding into overseas markets and forming strategic partnerships.
• Experience with fundraising, investor relations, financial modelling, and due diligence.
• Understanding of capital markets, governance, and listing processes.
• Experience leading cross-border teams and managing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead international expansion across key markets including Hong Kong, Mainland China, Malaysia, and other selected markets.
• Develop market entry strategies, assess demand, pricing, regulatory requirements and feasibility.
• Establish strategic partnerships with distributors, system integrators, and technology partners.
• Drive investor engagement, fundraising activities, and investor communications.
• Prepare the company for potential capital market opportunities and listing readiness.
• Build and lead a regional team, structure cross-border commercial arrangements and governance.
