Job summary

J&L Apex Advisory, a fast-growing global online trading platform, seeks a Marketing Director in Singapore to lead the marketing strategy and a 50+ person team. You will report to the CEO and drive growth, brand, and performance across country and global leadership.

The role requires strategic, commercial thinking and the ability to earn trust across country and regional/global leadership while ensuring compliance with financial promotion rules.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of marketing experience.
• 5+ years leading large teams with managers reporting to you.
• Experience leading growth/performance and brand/creative functions.
• Experience in a matrix structure with country and regional/global reporting lines.
• Strong commercial skills: annual planning, budget ownership, channel strategy and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Set country marketing strategy and annual plan with budget, channels, and growth targets.
• Adapt global brand programmes for the local market and align with global leadership.
• Lead a 50+ person team including the management layer.
• Drive acquisition and engagement metrics with clear measurement and reporting.
• Work with compliance to ensure marketing stays within financial promotion rules.
• Strengthen partner and affiliate marketing channels with business teams.
