JOBS TODAY PTE. LTD. is seeking a strategic marketing and business development leader to drive growth in Singapore and international markets, including China.

You will develop integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies for technology and enterprise solutions. You will lead cross-border initiatives, manage key accounts and partnerships, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver market opportunities and revenue growth across regional markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional experience in marketing, sales, business development, commercial management or a related function.
• Demonstrated experience in a managerial or leadership capacity, preferably involving commercial strategy, marketing or business operations.
• Experience in technology, telecommunications, digital solutions, enterprise solutions or other related industries will be advantageous.
• Experience supporting regional or international market development and cross-border business activities.
• Good understanding of market research, commercial negotiations, business development and market-entry strategies.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, business partners and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and business performance evaluation skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing and business development projects.
• Proficiency in English for business communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and businesses.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans to support business growth in Singapore, China and other international markets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and industry assessments to identify new business and commercial opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients, technology companies and international business partners.
• Lead marketing, business development and cross-border commercial initiatives in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
• Develop integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies for technology, digital solutions and enterprise-related products and services.
• Manage commercial discussions, strategic accounts and long-term client and partner relationships.
• Prepare market intelligence, business forecasts, performance analysis and strategic recommendations for senior management.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing and business development initiatives.
• Support commercial negotiations, partnership development and market-entry initiatives across relevant regional and international markets.
