Job summary

Carousell Group is seeking a Singapore-based Regional Marketing Director to drive growth across six APAC markets, focusing on growth marketing and brand awareness for focus categories. The role reports to the Chief Business Officer, CRS BU and will unite regional strategy with local relevance across markets.

Lead the regional growth agenda, champion AI-enabled marketing workflows, and oversee brand, design, product, CRM, and data partnerships to deliver coherent, high-impact campaigns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of owning and executing needle-moving campaigns in consumer marketing at high-growth scale-ups
• Track record leading regional or multi-market campaigns end-to-end
• Experience in regional multi-market environments with cross-cultural fluency across Asian markets

Responsibilities

• Own regional marketing objectives across six APAC markets, driving user acquisition, conversion and retention
• Translate annual strategy into locally relevant marketing plans and measurable outcomes
• Lead country marketing teams and align with cross-functional partners (Brand, Design, Product, CRM, Performance Marketing, Data)
• Build and scale a high-performing, AI-enabled regional marketing team
