CRANE WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist – Key Account Control Tower to manage end-to-end performance for strategic global accounts across multiple countries.

You will act as the central coordination point between customers, overseas stations, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, shipment visibility, and timely escalation. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in international freight forwarding or Control Tower operations.
Strong knowledge of international Air Freight operations.
Experience coordinating customer-facing activities and shipment escalations.
Experience preparing operational reports, KPI tracking and performance analysis.
Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor international shipments across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Cross-Border transport.
Maintain end-to-end shipment visibility and ensure milestones are met on time.
Collaborate with overseas stations, carriers, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
Identify risks, delays, or service failures and resolve them proactively.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and prepare performance dashboards and reviews.
