Responsibilities

• Lead daily Control Tower activities ensuring consistent service delivery and governance across regions.
• Act as primary escalation point for complex operational issues with internal teams, carriers, and customers.
• Coach and develop Logistics Specialists through feedback, performance monitoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Allocate workload to meet SLAs and KPIs, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Lead governance meetings to review performance, risks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor shipment execution and identify risks, delays, and regulatory concerns proactively.
