The role emphasizes market expansion, localization of menus, cross-functional collaboration with Culinary, Marketing, and Operations, and ongoing franchisee support to ensure growth and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, International Business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in franchise development, F&B, retail, or related fields.
• Proven success launching franchises or expanding into new markets.
• Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with market data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard high-potential franchisees and strategic partners.
• Lead market entry strategies, localization of menus, branding, and operations.
• Provide ongoing operational guidance, training and support to franchisees.
• Manage franchisee relationships, performance, and growth initiatives.
• Oversee trademark registration and franchise agreements.
