Qualifications

• Deliver annual budget targets for net store openings and same store sales growth (SSS) for the portfolio.
• Ensure Master Franchisees are compliant with MFA and sufficiently capitalized.
• Coordinate with COEs and leadership to influence Master Franchisee partners.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for managing the Franchisee relationship, achieving SSS growth, EBITDA and Development targets, and driving change.
• Lead and calibrate portfolio objectives for new unit growth, sales and profitability with flawless market plans.
• Lead the Business Planning Process and cross-functional reviews with COEs and franchisees.
• Identify strengths and gaps in franchisee ability to execute the strategic plan.
• Partner with franchisees to develop insights for short, medium and long‑term goals.
