Job summary

CHAGEE is seeking a Head of Master Franchising to lead Cambodia market entry and regional expansion from Singapore. You will design the master franchising strategy, identify and secure partners, and oversee end-to-end deal structuring, negotiation, and governance to ensure rapid, compliant market launches.

The role requires 10+ years in franchising or multi-unit F&B, strong financial acumen, and exceptional cross-cultural communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• 10+ years of franchising, international expansion, or multi-unit F&B development.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and investment modeling.
• Proven track record in structuring and negotiating master franchise agreements across markets.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the master franchising strategy for entry into new markets.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure master franchise partners aligned with long-term brand objectives.
• Lead end-to-end deal structuring and negotiation of master franchise agreements, including territory rights, development schedules, royalty structures, and supply chain frameworks.
• Conduct market feasibility studies, financial modeling, and competitive landscape analysis.
• Define market entry roadmaps and growth plans with clear KPIs and milestones.
• Partner cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless market launch.
• Oversee onboarding and enablement of new master franchisees, ensuring brand standards and operational excellence.
• Establish governance frameworks to monitor franchisee performance and ensure compliance with development commitments.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with franchise partners.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on market expansion priorities
