Job summary

Restaurant Brands International Inc. is seeking a Franchise Business Partner to expand and manage relationships with franchisees up to C-Level, ensuring standards and driving sales and profitability across markets.

You will lead cross-functional business planning, develop insights from data, and push initiatives for growth across APAC. Travel 2–3 days per week is expected; a strong background in BI/Finance/Strategy and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Engineering; MBA or Executive MBA is a plus.
• 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence/Marketing/Finance/Strategy Consulting or Investment Banking.
• Previous experience in Quick Service Restaurant industry and/or F&B/retail is a plus.
• P&L management is required.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage the franchisee relationship up to C-Level.
• Lead the overall Business Planning Process with cross-functional teams and franchisees.
• Develop insights using data & analytics to drive market goals and planning.
• Achieve regional objectives for new unit growth, sales and profitability with flawless execution of market plans.
• Find solutions for existing franchisees to expand or develop the brand.
• Develop strategic plans and proposals for business expansion activities.
• Optimize franchise business performance to drive long-term value.
• Support world-class operations and excellence at the franchisees; provide tools/tactics to increase sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and operations to drive business growth.
