Job summary

Hersing Culinary Pte Ltd is seeking a Franchise Manager to oversee franchise operations, support growth, and ensure consistent brand standards across outlets. The role focuses on identifying and developing new franchise opportunities, particularly across the Asia Pacific region.

You will work with franchisees, suppliers and internal teams to drive performance, provide training, and ensure compliance with SOPs and brand guidelines. Willingness to travel and manage partnerships is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum relevant experience in F&B operations, franchise management or business development.
• Experience with international or regional F&B franchising is preferred.

We are looking for a Franchise Manager to oversee franchise operations, support business growth and ensure consistent brand standards across franchise outlets. The role will also be responsible for identifying and developing new franchise opportunities, particularly across the Asia Pacific region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee franchise outlets to ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and brand standards.
• Monitor franchisee performance, sales and profitability, and work with franchisees to drive business growth.
• Identify and develop potential franchise partners, including supporting site selection, onboarding and outlet setup.
• Provide ongoing operational guidance, training and support to franchisees.
• Work closely with internal teams on franchise operations, marketing initiatives and promotional materials.
• Review franchise performance reports and provide regular updates and recommendations to management.
• Manage franchisee relationships and resolve operational issues or disputes where required.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and franchise audits to maintain service, product and brand consistency.
• Research F&B and franchise trends and identify potential expansion opportunities across the region.
• Attend industry events, trade shows and networking activities to develop franchise and business relationships.
• Travel overseas for franchise development, site visits and operational support when required.
• Manage trademark registration and franchise agreements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant experience in F&B operations, franchise management or business development.
• Experience with F&B franchising, particularly international or regional brands, is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Commercially minded with good understanding of outlet operations, sales, and profitability.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Good knowledge of F&B industry practices and franchise operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
• Willing to travel overseas when required.
• Comfortable supporting business events and activities outside normal working hours when necessary.
