Job summary

ADM Investor Services Singapore (ADMIS Singapore) is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our Global Application Support team. This role provides follow-the-sun support for trading, post-trade, and operational applications across our global business to ensure system stability and performance.

You will support mission-critical systems, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality service to the business.

Responsibilities

• Support and administration of clustered and non-clustered Microsoft SQL Servers across all environments.
• Support and administration of multiple third party and in-house applications within a production setting.
• Provide Tier 1 to Tier 3 support for trading, market data, post-trade, and operational applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintenance and support of FIX messaging interfaces.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problems through the IT ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain technical and operational documentation.
• Assist with application release planning, deployment, and post-release validation.
• Assist with operational resilience and disaster recovery exercises.
• Create ad-hoc data queries for Clients, Management and Internal departments.
• Participate in service transition activities for new or enhanced applications.
• Preparing and maintaining environments for development, UAT or SIT use.
• Work closely with global development, settlement, treasury, trading platform support, infrastructure and IT teams.
• Liaise with software vendors and service providers to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Participate in IT and business meetings as required.
• Recommend best practices, process improvements, and opportunities for automation.
• Evaluate and test new technologies and applications relevant to trading and post-trade environments.
• Contribute to the global follow-the-sun support model, including occasional weekend/on-call coverage.
• Support additional projects and tasks assigned by the Manager.
