Job summary

Achieve Group is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join its global IT Operations team. The role covers front, middle and back-office trading systems across APAC, EMEA and AMER, working with stakeholders, tech teams and vendors to resolve issues and drive enhancements.

The successful candidate will contribute to cloud, automation and digital transformation initiatives, develop SOPs in Confluence and provide out-of-hours support for major incidents and maand-end processes.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Application Support within a complex trading environment.
Experience with an ETRM/CTRM platform, preferably Allegro Horizon or Topaz.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience diagnosing and resolving issues in Windows Server and Windows desktop environments.
Knowledge of ITIL practices, SQL and scripting/automation with PowerShell and/or Python.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end application support for a global user base, diagnosing and resolving issues.
Manage incidents and service requests through Jira, prioritising and tracking in line with SLOs/SLAs.
Investigate recurring issues, perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
Develop and maintain operational documentation in Confluence.
Collaborate with users, developers and vendors on enhancements and release activities.
Monitor availability, performance and capacity; identify issues proactively.
Contribute to IT initiatives including cloud, automation and digital transformation.
Share knowledge by mentoring colleagues and promoting continuous learning.
Provide out-of-hours support for major incidents, maintenance and month-end processes.
