Job summary

ADM Investor Services Singapore is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to provide global follow-the-sun support for trading, post-trade, and operational applications. You will work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure system stability, performance, and timely issue resolution across our trading environment.

The role requires strong MS-SQL/T-SQL skills, scripting (Python, PowerShell, Ruby), and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in a global financial services or FCM environment with understanding of the trade lifecycle especially exchange-traded derivatives, FX and equities.
• Experience supporting trading, order routing, clearing, or post-trade systems is preferred.
• Technical skills in MS-SQL Administration & T-SQL (stored procedures, queries, performance tuning). Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Powershell and Ruby.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Proactive, adaptable team player with customer-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide follow-the-sun support for trading, post-trade, and operational applications.
• Support mission-critical systems, ensure stability and performance, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
• Handle incident management, SLA adherence, and automation of routine tasks.
• Assist with release planning, deployment, and post-release validation.
• Prepare and maintain technical/operational documentation and environments for development/UAT/SIT.
