You will support trading applications and exchange connectivity for Global Derivatives Markets, working with clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues with complex trading strategies. You will interface with software and infrastructure engineers to gain expertise, maintain Linux servers and Windows clients across a global distributed architecture, and participate in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to perform log file analysis.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client support requests and inquiries.
• Actively monitor alerts for critical systems and escalate when needed.
• Support customers with order management, risk management, and exchange connectivity.
• Analyze complex order and trade histories to determine root cause.
• Coordinate deployment and configuration of trading applications for new customers.
• Distribute software enhancements and upgrades to clients.
• Collaborate with exchanges and engineers for testing and UAT of releases.
• Assist infrastructure teams with server and network upgrade projects.
• Provide seamless 24-hour support with global teams across time zones.
