Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a shipping documentation specialist to handle daily export-focused documentation for international shipments. The role involves preparing invoices, packing lists, and certificates, with rigorous attention to accuracy.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in shipping docs, knowledge of export procedures, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel. Freight forwarding backgrounds are welcome; Singapore-based on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• 1-2 years hands-on shipping documentation experience.
• Must be proficient in preparing and handling shipping documents.
• Strong export documentation experience is important.
• Knowledge and experience in FTA Certificate application.
• Candidates from freight forwarding or logistics companies are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Detail-oriented and able to ensure accuracy of shipping documents.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily shipping documentation, with a stronger focus on export shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents for shipments to various countries.
• Prepare and issue commercial invoices and packing lists.
• Apply for FTA Certificates / Certificates of Origin.
• Apply for Health Certificates and other required export documentation.
• Ensure shipping documents are prepared accurately and submitted on time.
• Check documentation requirements according to the destination country.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding shipment documentation.
• Maintain proper records and filing of shipping documents.
• Support other shipping and documentation duties when required.
