Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Warehouse Operations Specialist in Singapore to manage daily warehouse activities and administrative tasks, including inventory receipt, counting, and picking.

You will coordinate export shipments with parcel carriers and freight forwarders, prepare export documents, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics, basic IT skills, forklift experience, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Forklift licence and MHE experience will be an advantage.
• Experience in international logistics and export operations will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Hazmat/DG export rules and procedures, particularly for lithium batteries will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations and administrative tasks.
• Manage departmental filing and documentation on a daily basis.
• Prepare export shipments through parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) and freight forwarders.
• Create and manage export documentation to ensure timely delivery of international shipments.
• Accurately pick and pack released orders.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory.
• Update and maintain inventory transaction records.
• Record all inbound and outbound stock movements on a daily basis.
• Ensure warehouse areas are clean, organized, and well maintained.
• Conduct regular inventory counts.
• Work across both office and warehouse environments
