Job summary

SAVE LOGISTICS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Air Export Operations Executive in Singapore to coordinate shipments from shippers to overseas agents.

You will liaise on requirements, make bookings, respond to queries, and ensure accurate documentation for air freight movements. Collaborating with the Export team, you will handle billing accuracy, advise on DG declarations where needed, and keep customers updated on shipment status.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of experience in Air Export Operations.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with shipper and overseas agents on requirements and rates.
• Make bookings with co-loader.
• Attend to customers' queries and make necessary arrangements for their bookings.
• Handle all customers' complaints with a professional attitude.
• Follow up closely on customers' shipment.
• Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their shipments.
• Work closely with Export team to ensure accuracy in documentations.
• Outsource 3rd party / Declare Dangerous Goods Declaration / Packing / Labeling.
• Coordinate with warehousing operations on cargo details.
• Prepare export documents for air freight movements such as AWBS execution.
• Send pre-alert and shipping documents to customers and Overseas Agent.
• Apply customs permits for all export shipments.
• Submissions of electronic data into web system - CCNhub (FWB/FHL/CMD).
• Prepare and provide accurate billing/invoicing to customers accordingly.
