Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Export Shipping Executive to join our logistics team.

The role calls for solid experience in export shipping and a senior operations mindset, with exposure to food industry processes. You will manage export documentation, arrange vessel bookings, liaise with authorities, verify charges, and coordinate stock and warehouse matters. Qualifications

5 years of experience in export shipping or logistics operations.
Experience in a senior shipping or logistics role.
Experience in the food industry and knowledge of ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Support customers with effective logistics solutions in collaboration with senior management.
Handle full export documentation and shipping operations.
Book vessel space with shipping lines and provide confirmations to customers.
Liaise with authorities for Export Health Certificate applications.
Prepare and arrange shipping documents for bank negotiation under L/C and D/P terms.
Arrange document endorsements with embassies and government authorities.
Verify freight and shipping-related charges and ensure financial security before loading/discharge.
Provide coverage during leave periods and handle daily operational matters (warehouse/production).
Perform stock allocation and coordinate inventory.
