Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Export Shipping Executive in Singapore to manage export documentation and coordinate shipping operations for overseas customers.

The role involves working with senior management to provide effective logistics solutions and ensuring timely deliveries from Pioneer location. The position requires 5 years in export shipping or logistics, preferably in the food industry, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 5 years of export shipping or logistics operations experience.
• Experience in the food industry.
• Experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage export documentation and shipping operations.
• Coordinate with senior management to provide logistics solutions for customers.
• Book vessel space and issue confirmations to customers.
• Liaise with authorities for export health certificates.
• Arrange shipping documents for bank negotiations under L/C or D/P terms.
• Coordinate stock allocation and warehouse activities.
• Handle daily operational issues and ad hoc duties.
