Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for an experienced Export Shipping Executive to oversee export documentation and coordinate shipping operations in Singapore. This role involves ensuring timely deliveries to overseas customers, handling various logistics tasks, and supporting the senior management in providing effective logistics solutions.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years in export shipping or logistics operations, preferably in a senior capacity, and knowledge of ERP systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in export shipping or logistics operations.
Experience in a senior shipping or logistics role preferred.
Knowledge in the food industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage export documentation and coordinate shipping operations.
Support daily logistics activities ensuring timely deliveries.
Liaise with SFA officers for Export Health Certificate applications.
Handle daily operational matters including warehouse troubleshooting.
