Job summary

Aventis Graduate School in Singapore is seeking a Senior Training Executive to oversee end-to-end academic administration, student engagement, and compliance to deliver high-quality learning experiences for postgraduate students.

You will coordinate timetables, lecturer deployment, and partner university relations, while maintaining accurate records and supporting exceptional student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; fresh graduates with a strong passion for education and customer service are welcome to apply.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to communicate professionally with postgraduate learners and university faculty.
• Deep customer-centric attitude with a passion for supporting adult education and career transformation.
• Highly organized and meticulous with numbers/data; able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end academic administration for postgraduate programmes and seminars.
• Lead student engagement, orientation sessions, and resolve academic/operational queries.
• Coordinate with UK/US university partners to ensure alignment and quality assurance.
• Assist in developing and refining SOPs to maintain service quality and compliance.
• Maintain accurate student records, course evaluations, and academic reports for management audits.
