Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience in academic services or related administrative functions.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Good stakeholder management and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process and implement curriculum changes and new course setups for graduate programmes in the curriculum system.
• Review curriculum, programme, student study option, credit transfer and course exemption submissions for completeness and policy compliance.
• Maintain graduate programme information and records in the Academic Programme Repository and relevant systems.
• Review credit transfer and course exemption cases and record approvals accurately in the student records system.
• Process student study option changes and update records in the system.
• Coordinate with Schools, IT and other stakeholders to clarify submissions and support timely changes.
• Support system development, testing and stakeholder validation for Student Management System projects.
