Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in an Account Manager role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of eCommerce/international logistics is advantageous.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in groups.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cross-border accounts and ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Monitor shipping trends, volume and revenue for key accounts.
• Provide regular updates to management on sales performance.
• Proactively negotiate rates to ensure business retention.
• Maintain positive relationships with merchants and address needs promptly.
• Source new opportunities and cross-sell product mix (Import & Export).
• Handle incoming international delivery leads and manage pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues.
• Deliver ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
