Job summary

Expeditors International in Singapore seeks an Account Support Manager as part of the global team responsible for the success of one of our largest global customers. You will orchestrate and engage our network to ensure customer KPI and visibility requirements are communicated and actioned.

You will lead in creating, developing, running, and distributing reports and data tools to ensure shipments flow internationally in a cost efficient, timely and compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or freight forwarding preferred.
• Strong data handling and reporting skills required.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as control tower with tracking of shipment milestones and proactively report to customer.
• Create, develop, run and distribute reports and data tools to ensure shipments flow cost-efficiently and on time.
• Support Account Managers with KPI reporting and data management for customers.
• Coordinate with origin/destination teams to achieve required lead times and align KPIs.
• Handle special requests such as freight bill auditing and project cargo management.
• Provide after-hours support to liaise with US/EU origins when needed.
