Job summary

SFI Supplies Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to drive accurate SKU forecasting and optimize inventory across international markets.

You will consolidate demand, translate into a Master Production Schedule, and coordinate with procurement and production to balance capacity and shelf-life constraints. Applicants should have 3–5 years in planning within food or FMCG, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP IBP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on planning experience in food, beverage, or perishable FMCG sectors with global market distribution.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of ERP or planning software (SAP IBP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Global Demand Consolidation: maintain the master global demand schedule and analyze historical data to build rolling 12-month forecasts.
• Master Production & Supply Planning: translate demand into Master Production Schedule and monthly production/packaging plans.
• Material & Constraint Management: coordinate with procurement to ensure raw materials availability and consider seasonal constraints.
