Job summary

PeopleSearch Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Demand Planner to join our fast-growing Supply Chain team in Singapore. This newly created role will own the demand planning function across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, building processes from the ground up and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to forecast demand and align supply.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or related functions within FMCG.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP/MRP (preferred).
• Strong demand forecasting and data analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power BI is an advantage).
• Good understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, less structured environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

About the Role

This is a newly created position within the Supply Chain team, responsible for setting up and managing the demand planning function across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

You’ll have the opportunity to build planning processes from the ground up while working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating new processes, solving problems, and working in a fast-growing environment.
