Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Master Planner to drive accurate SKU forecasting and optimize inventory across international markets. You will align demand with production, balance factory capacity, and minimize stockouts while reducing waste.

The role requires 3–5 years in planning within food or perishable FMCG with global distribution, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP planning tools. A Bachelor’s degree in SCM or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Operations/International Business or related field.
• 3–5 years planning experience in food/beverage or perishable FMCG with global distribution.
• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of ERP/planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master global demand schedule for long-term production visibility.
• Build rolling 12-month demand forecasts using historical data and trends.
• Consolidate forecasts from international markets and distributors; adjust for promotions and seasonal spikes.
• Translate demand into monthly production and packaging schedules for facilities.
• Balance production runs to optimize factory efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
• Lead S&OP alignment meetings to resolve demand-supply imbalances and mitigate stockouts.
