Job summary

PeopleSearch Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Demand Planner to join our fast-growing Supply Chain team in Singapore. This newly created role will own the demand planning function across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, building processes from the ground up and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to forecast demand and align supply.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or related functions within FMCG.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP/MRP (preferred).
• Strong demand forecasting and data analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power BI is an advantage).
• Good understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, less structured environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement demand planning processes and forecasting models.
• Develop demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and business insights.
• Manage demand drivers such as promotions, tenders, new product launches, and product lifecycle changes.
• Maintain SKU and customer master data to support accurate planning.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to incorporate commercial insights into forecasts.
• Translate demand forecasts into supply planning requirements.
• Identify potential shortages or excess inventory and coordinate solutions.
• Continuously improve planning processes, systems, and data quality.
