Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on planning experience in food, beverage or perishable FMCG sectors.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/supply chain software knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the master global demand schedule for factory visibility.
• Build rolling 12-month demand forecasts from historical data and trends.
• Aggregate forecasts from international markets and distributors.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing for promos and seasonal spikes.
• Track forecast accuracy and adjust models accordingly.
• Translate consolidated demand into Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Plan monthly production and packaging schedules for facilities/co-packers.
• Balance production runs to minimize changeovers and meet deadlines.
• Manage safety stock across regional hubs and adjust as needed.
• Lead S&OP alignment meetings to resolve demand-supply imbalances.
• Coordinate with procurement on material availability and constraints.
