Job summary

ADECCO Personnel Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Demand Planning professional to join a global foods manufacturing environment. You will manage demand forecasts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand and supply plans.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in Supply Chain or related discipline, with experience in demand planning or forecasting, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP APO/SAP S/4HANA or o9 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related.
• Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP APO, SAP S/4HANA, or o9 is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand forecasts and planning activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand and supply plans.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, analyze variances, and drive improvements.
• Support inventory optimization and customer fulfillment initiatives.
