Job summary

EdgeConneX seeks a CSE Account Manager to lead assigned accounts, ensuring customer success and acting as the customer advocate within ECX. This remote role covers North, South, Central America, EMEA and Asia Pacific, reporting to the Account Management team manager.

The role requires managing 30+ customers, driving onboarding, contract management, and quarterly reviews, with collaboration across Service Delivery, Sales, Engineering and Operations for on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in account management or customer success.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 30+ small to medium customers simultaneously and ensure satisfaction.
• Advocate for customers across contract, portal, deployment, and billing processes.
• Lead onboarding, implementations, and quarterly performance reviews.
• Support pre-sales activities and RFP validations as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet timelines and scope.
• Prepare and deliver recurring reports and customer updates.
