Job summary

Infobip is a global cloud communications company with 75+ offices shaping how the world connects. The Account Executive role is an individual contributor in a regional structure, focused on identifying new business opportunities with current leads/clients and pursuing new logos.

You will maintain the CRM, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and drive revenue in the designated area. Expect a flexible hybrid work model, collaboration across teams, and opportunities to grow in a fast-moving,

Qualifications

Sell Infobip products to high-touch clients in the designated area.
Maintain the CRM with progress on prospects and clients.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure new business logos.

Responsibilities

Sell a subset of products directly or via partners to the designated territory.
Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
Manage sales through forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales.
Support end-to-end client relationships for the first 12 rolling months (NRR, cross-sell, upsell).
Maintain account health and build strong client relationships.
Lead and mentor others as a top contributor.
Handle non-routine, complex work requiring advanced technical/business skills.
