A leading fast-casual brand in Asia is seeking an experienced Corporate Planning Manager in Singapore. This role involves leading corporate strategies and ensuring readiness for IPO by 2026. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in Corporate Planning, excellent communication skills in English, and business proficiency in Japanese is a plus. The position requires strong financial analysis and project management skills, along with the ability to collaborate across various global teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in Corporate Planning, Strategy or Finance.
• Proven track record in multinational or holding company structure.
• Strong business communication skills in English; business proficiency in Japanese is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate planning initiatives including mid-term strategy and annual budget cycles.
• Partner with the CEO and business leaders to define and execute growth initiatives.
• Oversee group-wide financial performance monitoring.
• Standardise management accounting practices and KPIs across entities.
• Manage corporate governance meetings and prepare proposals for decision making.
• Drive cross-company/global projects including new entity establishment.
