Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Commercial Management & Contract Program Manager for Trust & Safety in Singapore. You will oversee commercial relationships, manage contracts and change orders, and collaborate with procurement, legal, and finance across regions.

You will shape commercial models to sustain operations, drive growth, and build strong partnerships with service providers while ensuring compliance and transparent processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in Commercial Management and contracts.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders and global service providers.
• Strong ability to shape commercial models for operations and growth.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial relationships with internal stakeholders and Partners.
• Own region/LOB contracts from initial discussion to signatures.
• Implement commercial requirements and corrective actions for deviations.
• Optimize agreements, pricing models, and spend management.
