Job summary

TikTok’s Trust & Safety team is expanding its Regulatory Delivery and Transparency function to partner with Legal, Compliance, and product teams across APAC to deliver regulatory obligations. The Regulatory Compliance Program Manager will lead large-scale programs from scoping to execution, ensuring timely and accurate responses while embedding scalable controls.

Qualifications

• Proven program management experience leading cross-functional programs end to end.
• Deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks including EU DSA, Online Safety Act, APAC regs.
• Experience planning across multiple regions with strategic and tactical execution.
• Strong analytical, risk assessment, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with exec leadership.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale regulatory compliance projects from initial scoping to completion.
• Strategically plan and execute initiatives to prepare for forthcoming regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate resources across Trust & Safety and other functions, assessing resource capacity and planning deliverables.
• Oversee ongoing obligations, maintain issue logs, and conduct gap analyses.
• Ensure the prompt delivery of information for RFIs and other regulatory interactions.
• Lead control monitoring activities, investigate deviations, and ensure control effectiveness.
• Implement and monitor recommendations from internal and external audits.
• Engage in risk assessments and track mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate development of compliance frameworks addressing current and emerging challenges.
• Bridge gaps between internal teams to ensure seamless integration of standards.
• Foster continuous improvement within Trust & Safety and regularly update leadership.
