You will collaborate with a global network of Commercial Management and Contracts stakeholders, guiding agreements from initial discussion through signature. The role emphasizes optimizing pricing models, managing spend, and ensuring compliance with terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 5 years in Commercial Management and global agreements.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Experience shaping commercial models to sustain growth.
• Strong partnership with Procurement, Legal, Finance and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Work within a global team of Commercial Management and Contracts professionals and assist the Global Head.
• Supervise overall commercial relationships with internal stakeholders and Partners.
• Own commercial contracts per Region or Line of Business from initial discussion to signature.
• Request Partners to implement commercial requirements and correct deviations.
• Lead during Sourcing cycles, align with Procurement and Legal, and ensure compliance.
• Optimize agreements, pricing models, and spend management with Operations insights.
• Nurture existing and new Partner relationships for profitable business models.
• Own the creation and update of Statements of Work, Change Orders, and Terms & Conditions.
• Report to the Global Head and contribute to continuous improvement.
