You will lead a team, build global governance, and drive data-driven strategies across health, retirement and wellbeing programs, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern a global benefits and wellbeing strategy across regions.
• Establish governance and operating model balancing global alignment with local flexibility.
• Develop data-driven program strategies including benchmarking and ROI analysis.
• Lead vendor selection, negotiation, partnerships and performance management.
• Consolidate data capabilities and evaluate platforms for analytics.
• Analyse cost, utilisation and market data to optimise plans.
• Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on investments.
• Partner with Total Rewards, HRBP, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Procurement and site teams.
