Job summary

SBS Transit Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Benefits HR professional to support the Head of Benefits in administering rewards, welfare and engagement programmes across assigned business units. The role requires ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and group guidelines while updating HR materials and portals.

You will assist in developing SOPs for the Benefits team, manage benefits queries, and drive efficiency through automation and digitalisation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
• 2–3 years’ experience in HR, preferably benefits administration.
• Knowledge of Employment Act and related acts.
• Good understanding of HR policies and compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; keen on HR digitisation.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
• Agile and adaptable with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support review and implementation of HR policies across units.
• Maintain standard operating procedures for the Benefits team.
• Administer employee benefits policies and answer benefits enquiries.
• Conduct periodic audits for policy compliance.
• Lead or support HR digitisation and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate Concur claims module and related processes.
• Assist with health, wellness and engagement programmes.
• Prepare reports on benefits trends to support decisions.
• Act as Learning Coordinator for HQ HR staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
