Qualifications

• MAS registration as Broking/FA rep required (BCP, PGI, CommGI, HI, M5, M9).
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Effective collaboration across departments.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop client renewal strategies aligned with Global Guiding Principles.
• Champion client-related initiatives and ensure smooth implementation.
• Hold direct relationships with assigned and high-touch regional/global clients.
• Seek market intelligence on client needs and competitor developments to retain and grow clients.
• Support ad-hoc projects as required.
• Drive adoption of the organization’s client service model and consulting tools.
• Govern the peer review process to ensure high-quality deliverables.
