You will apply data-driven insights to benchmark programs, manage renewals, and support harmonization initiatives across markets, balancing local needs with global guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of benefits management experience.
• Regional exposure across ASEAN/ANZ is preferred.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional benefits programs across ASEAN & ANZ as SME and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Drive governance and compliance in line with global guidelines and local regulations.
• Manage benefits reviews, renewals, and benchmarking exercises.
• Utilise data to drive insights and decision-making for benefits decisions.
• Deliver strategic benefits projects including harmonization, M&A integrations, and carve-outs.
• Build strong stakeholder partnerships with HR, payroll, benefits administrators and providers.
