Qualificações

• Meet minimum regulatory requirements (MAS) for Broking and FA representative.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client-focused initiatives and ensure timely delivery of client-related programmes.
• Hold direct client relationships for corporate clients and act as escalation point.
• Drive renewal meetings, prepare reports and communications collateral.
• Develop client initiatives for a holistic benefits consulting approach.
• Ensure service delivery meets client expectations and KPI targets.
