Job summary

This role partners with the Policy team to refine benefits policies, reviews performance data, and coordinates audits. You will oversee outsourced partners, guide colleagues, and drive digitalisation of benefits administration to enhance

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR benefits, operations or workforce services.
• Experience in corporate insurance, wellbeing programmes and vendor or contract management is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement to interpret service data and costs.
• Understanding of policy implementation, governance and audit administration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with sensitivity to confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Review and administer corporate benefits and employee initiatives to enhance experience and sustainability.
• Partner the Policy team to review benefits policies and service standards.
• Manage outsourced service partners and contracts, including performance and renewals.
• Coordinate benefits administration audit support and follow up on findings.
• Provide timely guidance to employees and HR colleagues, handling escalated cases.
• Drive process improvement, digitalisation and automation to raise service quality and efficiency.
