Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years experience in consulting, broking, health insurance or healthcare analytics.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior advisor to multinational clients on benefits design, operations and financing.
• Lead experienced consultants across benefits design, M&A, wellbeing and analytics.
• Define and execute advisory services roadmap for global benefits clients.
• Mentor junior colleagues in analytical methods and client delivery standards.
• Monitor market developments in global health benefits and share insights.
