Responsibilities

• Inbound & outbound support: Answer phone, email, or chat inquiries regarding bank accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Transaction processing: Accurately process secure customer requests, fund transfers, and data updates.
• Product promotion: Promote banking products, digital self-service tools, and credit services.
• Performance metrics: Meet targets for call resolution, service quality, and schedule adherence.
