Job summary

Helius Technologies Pte Ltd is hiring a Call Centre Agent / Customer Service for a 12-month contract in Singapore. You will handle inbound and outbound inquiries about banking products, process secure requests, and promote digital self-service tools.

Ideal candidates have banking or contact centre experience, strong communication, and the ability to rotate shifts including evenings and weekends. Monthly shift allowances are provided.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum GCE O-Levels, ITE, or Diploma qualifications.
• Banking Call Centre/CS: Minimum 12 months of relevant experience.
• Non-Banking Call Centre/CS: Minimum 24 months of relevant experience.
• Fresh Graduates (Diploma/Degree): 2–3 months of customer service experience (internships, part-time, or entry-level roles).
• O/A Levels & ITE Candidates: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in customer service or contact centre operations.
• Skills: Professional telephone etiquette, active listening, and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility: Ability to work rotating or staggered shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone, email, or chat inquiries regarding bank accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Accurately process secure customer requests, fund transfers, and data updates.
• Promote banking products, digital self-service tools, and credit services.
• Meet performance targets for call resolution, service quality, and schedule adherence.
