Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or Diploma qualification.
• Good communication, active listening, and customer service skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and the ability to handle customer enquiries effectively.
• Comfortable working on rotating or staggered shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in banking, customer service, call centre, BPO, or contact centre is an advantage.
• Entry‑level candidates with strong communication and customer service skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding bank accounts, loans, credit cards, and other banking services.
• Process customer requests, including account updates, fund transfers, and service requests, accurately and securely.
• Provide timely resolutions and elevate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
• Promote relevant banking products, credit services, and digital self‑service tools.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with banking procedures and service standards.
• Meet performance targets related to call resolution, service quality, productivity, and adherence.
