Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O‑Levels or Diploma qualifications.
• Banking Call Centre/Customer Service: Minimum 12 months of relevant experience.
• Non-Banking Call Centre/Customer Service: Minimum 24 months of relevant experience.
• Fresh Graduates (Diploma / Bachelor): Minimum 2 to 3 months of customer service experience.
• O/A Levels & ITE Candidates: Minimum > 5 years of relevant experience in customer service or contact centre operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone, email, or chat inquiries regarding bank accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Process secure customer requests, fund transfers, and data updates accurately.
• Promote banking products, digital self-service tools, and credit services.
