Job summary

Helius Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service specialist on a 12-month contract in Singapore to handle banking inquiries across phone, email, and chat, process secure requests, and promote digital self‑service tools. You must have at least a diploma or O-levels, with 12 months banking or 24 months non-banking experience; graduates welcome with internship or part-time exposure.

The role requires professional telephone etiquette and the ability to work rotating shifts, including

Qualifications

Minimum GCE O‑Levels or Diploma qualifications.
Banking Call Centre/Customer Service: Minimum 12 months of relevant experience.
Non-Banking Call Centre/Customer Service: Minimum 24 months of relevant experience.
Fresh Graduates (Diploma / Bachelor): Minimum 2 to 3 months of customer service experience.
O/A Levels & ITE Candidates: Minimum > 5 years of relevant experience in customer service or contact centre operations.

Responsibilities

Answer phone, email, or chat inquiries regarding bank accounts, loans, and credit cards.
Process secure customer requests, fund transfers, and data updates accurately.
Promote banking products, digital self-service tools, and credit services.
Meet performance targets for call resolution, service quality, and adherence.
